Big things are happening at Brass Tacks.

First things first: the new look

You’ll notice it right away.

Our new coffee bags are built to reflect where we’re from—right here on the First Coast. Think sun, salt air, and that unmistakable Florida energy. We wanted something that feels like home the second you pick it up.

Beyond the look, this is a step forward in how we present our coffee. Same commitment to quality—just with more intention behind every detail.

Meet the new core lineup

Along with the new look comes a refreshed lineup of coffees designed to be simple, approachable, and dialed for specific experiences.

These are your go-to, everyday coffees—each built with a specific vibe, flavor profile, and use in mind.

“Wait…what happened to my favorite coffee?”

Good news: it’s probably still here.

In many cases, your favorite coffees haven’t disappeared—they’ve just evolved (and in some cases, been renamed).

Decaf?

Still here—now called No Wake Zone. Same coffee, new name.

to sum it up…

What about single origins?

We still love them—and we’re still roasting them.

You’ll continue to see favorites like Brazil, Ethiopia, and Colombia on the shelves, along with occasional limited releases. But with this refresh, we’ve put more focus on blends that clearly communicate flavor and use.

Why? Because we want it to be easier for everyone—whether you’re deep into specialty coffee or just trying to find something you’ll love at home.

Why the shift toward blends?

Simple: we want coffee to feel approachable.

Not everyone knows what to expect from a label like “Ethiopia” or “Colombia”—and that’s okay. Our blends are designed to remove the guesswork and help you find exactly what you’re looking for, whether that’s:

  • something bold and classic

  • something bright and lively

  • or something perfect for your morning latte

Same quality coffee—just easier to navigate.

The bigger picture

At the end of the day, this refresh is about one thing:

Fueling what you love.

Whether you’re heading out for a day on the water, dialing in at work, or just enjoying a slow morning—our coffee is built to meet you there.

If you’ve got a favorite, it’s probably still here.
If you don’t yet…you’re about to find one.
